Who is Seth Ciasulli?
As A Wrestler
Youth: Wrestled for Red Hawk. PJW State Champion, MAWA Champion, Ohio ToC Champion.
High School: Wrestled for Easton Area High School (3x Team State Champ, 1x Runner-Up, #2 in the country at the time). Individually placed 2nd, 2nd, 3rd at PIAA AAA States, 3x Reno ToC Champion & Outstanding Wrestler. Consistently ranked top 5 in the country. Beat multiple top 5 wrestlers.
College: Wrestled for Lehigh University, the team was ranked as high as #6 in the country at the time. Individually, ranked as high as #8 in the country. Beat multiple top 5 wrestlers. EIWA Champion, 4x D1 NCAA Qualifier, making it to the round of 12 (blood round).
As A Coach
Owner & Head Coach of Red Hawk Wrestling Club
Private lesson experience since 2003. Owner & Head Coach of Red Hawk since 2014.
Trained over 25 PA State Champions since taking over Red Hawk, and over 150 state placers, averaging 3-5 State Champions and over 20 State Placers per year.
Some wrestlers have gone on to win multiple state championships, and will continue to win states as they progress through high school. A lot are just entering.
The ultimate goal is to teach kids how to wrestle like a college level wrestler as early as possible. This is done by teaching high level skills and ignoring things that may work now but will not work later. This develops good habits that will last their entire career.
Why learn our lesson plan?
This course teaches you all of the skills needed to be a high level wrestler. It gives you skills to conquer any situation you will find yourself in. You will never not know what to do. You will always have a way out, a way to score points.
You will be feared in neutral, bottom, and especially top.
The easiest way to improve as a wrestler is by acquiring new skills. You must have a thirst for knowledge, for more options, for more ways to score.
